Refinement: Up to two rounds of adjustments to ensure the plan is perfect before you book.

How it works: Following our initial discovery call, this fee initiates the official design process. Once payment is confirmed, we begin the deep-dive research to bring your Takumi journey to life.

Note: This is a professional service fee for research and design. It does not include the cost of bookings (hotels, flights, etc.). As this service begins immediately upon payment, the fee is non-refundable."
